Prices range from .80 a sq foot for investment property 'Lipstick' service to $2.00 a sq foot for professional full service residential repaints (9 foot ceilings). Day rates at $250 a day are available for jobs that don't justify square footage rates such as open concept homes with standard ceilings. Low -VOC coatings available.
