This client was selling their home that had been abused by bad tenants and the owner decided to sell. The 3300 square foot home required minor patching, single coat, same colour colour match. All main floor baseboards be caulked, patched and painted, plus door and trim touchups throughout the entire house and two ceiling repair areas. This project took Deb and Tara 23 hours to complete with cleanup which left the customer very happy with the price, finished product and the projec being completed for a quick listing to sell.

The main floor of this Westhills home was painted. Paint Calgary was also contracted a year later to paint the new basement development.

This project was a 2900 square foot home, three stories (including basement) in Chapparel. Project included all walls (colour change), plus various trim and door touch ups.

This repaint was just prior to Christmas 2009. Paint Calgary was contracted to do a colour change on all walls, plus caulk, patch and paint all baseboards and crown mouldings. We used Pro Classic self leveling enamel finish, acrylic latex door and trim paint from Sherwin-Williams for a sprayed look quality result with no brush lines.

This room was painted with a light green and the upper walls were then stripped using blue masking tape for a crisp line. Crown moulding and baseboard was then added to the walls, filled, caulked and painted.

Rental properties are an area at which Paint Calgary excels as we strive to provide the most affordable, efficient and time affective solution as possible because we know time is money, and to our landlords, getting properties ready to be rented fast is a top priority. This a basement suite that included drywall repair, two colour matches / single coat (drywall repaired areas were primed and double coated). Project was completed within two days.
